Hi Stanworth, unfortunately I'm not directly affiliated with Clickbank themselves, so I can't process a refund for you. But this blog was largely set up to help people get refunds, so read the "Why we are all here " post in the main section of the blog for some guidance.

I ordered a program called the Affiliate Code that had videos to download, The clickbank order #MXFGNEJR in the amount of $67.00. After downloading the videos I tried to view them and all I got was a pale window with arrows with little red X’s and when I clicked to play all I got was jiberish. I sent a email to the website explaining the problem I was having and asked for a way to solve it but have not heard back from them. I am a affiliate of clickbank and any help I can get I would realy like. If I can’t get an answer from them I will want to cancel the order.

Thanks Paul. It’s a bit like fools rush in as far as my blogging goes. It was just last week, while reviewing the features of an SEO WordPress plugin, that I realised that titles should really bear some direct relationship to a post’s content. Especially on the Botfarm I almost revelled in putting in obscure references or puns for the title.

I like your coverage of physical versus digital products. My experience with the blackhairfocus blog supports the idea that there is a river in full flood for physical products, while I’ve been padding about in a pool on the riverbank which is digital products (ever had a metaphor run away with you?). Anyway, you get the idea. There’s no shortage of people currently saying go local, go physical, but you explain it better than most.

Hi Mark,

I have to say, i really do enjoy reading your posts, you seem to inject your personality into them really well.

Anyway, onto the post. I haven’t downloaded the Cherry Picker software yet. I probably will just to see what it is like, but i am enjoying watching the accompanying videos that Ryan Diess is putting out, some useful little nuggets in them, and like you say, more info’ than a lot of the paid products out there.

Some great tips in the comment from Wayne too, and i will have to second his mention of the two plugins he mentioned, OnlyWire and WPSyndicator, both well worth getting. I would also add Power Indexer to those two also, this will help any sites linking back to you get indexed faster so your backlinks show up and start to work for you.

Glad you’re enjoying MNF, it’s been a dream for me and recommend it to anyone.

Thanks Wayne, will definitely follow your advice for this and other blogs. Funnily enough, I haven’t done any SEO or deliberate backlinking for this, but it’s starting to be picked up and passed around. Actually I have tweeted the topics I cover from time to time. Anyway it’s growing organically and I’m happy for this one not to be very monetised at the moment. Someone on another blog said he couldn’t see what keywords I was trying to target and I realised what a different mindset I came into this with. I’m coming from a background of blogging as vanity publishing rather than as a moneymaker (I had a few blogs on Livejournal for a few years with never the slightest attempt at making money from them). Therefore the target keyword perspective is all a bit new since April or so. Starting to get the point, though, and building a few more SEO-savvy features into new blogs as I roll them out.

I was going to send this in an email, but decided while I’m here, just put here for everyone.

I did a little “link search” here on your blog. I saw something missing. Couldn’t find back links from directories.

Key point for long term traffic generation — go to http://www.addurl.nu/ and start adding 5 per day. I one month, you’ll be in 150. Or, pay someone to do it. Just do it.

Also, go to BlogCatalog.com. Get a profile, submit this blog. When approved, do the “expose yourself” for $5. It get’s you front page listing for 1 day, and in that day, I typically get 400 -500 new visits and some new long-term visitors. It’s worth the $5.

Finally, use either the OnlyWire plugin or the WPSyndicator plug in to do your social bookmarking. You’ll “experience” the difference.
